Hansen’s Tree Service, an O’Fallon, Mo.-based residential and commercial tree services and recycling company, extended its hours of operation and cut disposal fees 50% to help storm victims in the Branson/Springfield Area in February.
Hansen’s Tree Service extended its hours and reduced disposal fees at its Reeds Spring facility to help storm victims in Southern Missouri. The facility normally closes at noon but remained open until 3 p.m. to take in damaged trees and other debris left in the storms wake. The facility also offered green waste disposal for victims.
Many residents took advantage of the special times and fees and brought branches and yard waste to the Reeds Spring location. “We wanted to help the community clean up and get back in order quickly,” said company founder Jeff Hansen.
Hansen’s also dispatched emergency tree crews and workers to the area in support of its Reeds Spring-based crews who worked the storm. Residents needing more information should call the Reeds Spring office at 417-272-8733. For a map and more information, visit www.hansenstree.com or call 417.337.LIMB (5462) or 417-272-TREE (8733).
